Credits are our universal currency for all platform operations. Different tasks consume different amounts of credits based on computational requirements. This gives you flexibility to use the platform however you need.
Do unused credits roll over?
Pro plan credits do not roll over month-to-month. However, you can purchase additional credit packs that never expire. Enterprise customers have custom arrangements.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can purchase additional credit packs at any time. Your deployed models will continue running, but new training jobs and data generation will pause until you add more credits.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for Pro plans. Enterprise contracts have custom terms. Unused credit packs are non-refundable.
