By accessing or using the ANRAK AI platform ("Service") operated by ANRAK ONE EDGE ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

ANRAK provides an enterprise AI fine-tuning platform that enables users to:

• Generate synthetic training datasets from various sources
• Fine-tune language models using multiple training methodologies (SFT, DPO, RL, RLHF)
• Deploy trained models via API endpoints
• Verify training data quality through neurosymbolic validation
• Access and manage AI models through our web interface and APIs

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Be at least 18 years old
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Train models for generating harmful, illegal, or deceptive content
• Create deepfakes or misleading synthetic media
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Train models that discriminate based on protected characteristics
• Attempt to reverse engineer, compromise, or exploit our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond permitted API usage

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Your Content and Data

5.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to your training data, datasets, and trained models ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership of Your Content.

5.2 License Grant

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete Your Content or close your account.

5.3 Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to use Your Content
• You must not upload content that infringes third-party rights
• You are responsible for the outputs generated by your trained models

6. Pricing and Payment

6.1 Credits System

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed for data generation, model training, and inference operations. Credit costs are displayed before each operation.

6.2 Payment Terms

• Credits must be purchased in advance
• All purchases are non-refundable except as required by law
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

6.3 Free Trials

Free trial credits are provided for evaluation purposes and may not be combined with other offers. Unused trial credits expire as specified.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Property

The Service, including its software, algorithms, user interface, documentation, and branding, is owned by ANRAK ONE EDGE and protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 Base Models

Base models available for fine-tuning (such as LLaMA, Qwen, Mistral, Phi) are subject to their respective licenses. You are responsible for complying with applicable model licenses when deploying fine-tuned models.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for:

• Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible)
• Emergency repairs or security updates
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. We will delete Your Content within 30 days of account closure unless required to retain it by law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
